"imagine being rear-ended and while waiting for the police report you call your local agent for next steps (since you are not a professional) and instead of any sort of guidance or help they are patronizing, rude, and generally not helpful in any way. This office in particular made this experience significantly worse and lead to more frustration than necessary. Ultimately the at-fault driver's insurance (Progressive) reached out and handled everything in a kind and timely manner. Thanks for literally nothing. Zero stars"
